Berry Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom terrace house located on the outskirts of Sheringham near Beeston Bump and within walking distance of the beach and town.
Sheringham Beach is 0.5 miles away and the town centre is 0.7 miles away. Street parking in Sheringham is free. There are also 3 pay and display car parks around the town.
Ground floor: Entrance and hallway. Open plan kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dining table with six chairs. Lounge: TV, WiFi and plenty of comfortable seating. Downstairs WC and washbasin. Double patio doors and back door leading to the patio area and enclosed rear garden.
First floor: Bedroom one: Kingsize bed, bedside tables, dressing table and built in wardrobe storage. Bedroom two: Double bed, chest of draws, bedside tables. Bedroom three: Twin bedroom with 2 x Single Beds. Family bathroom: walk in shower, WC, hand basin.
Outside: Patio with seating area. Mature enclosed rear garden with grass, trees, shrubs and flowers.

Free street parking, no allocated parking spot. You may pull up on the path right outside the property to easily unload and load your vehicle and park on the road in front of the house. There is plenty of street parking.
